To control students' lack of interest and motivation in learning Arabic, the teachers of SMP IT Insan Mulia were recently required to reform an attractive teaching system by paying attention to the strategies, methods, and media used in teaching Arabic, interpreted from several of these components so that it does not need What will be perfect if the teacher's way of teaching has not yet been formed into the soul of a teacher, therefore due to some of these evaluations a teacher is required to process better education, the stimulus instills curiosity about something physically, mentally, physically and spiritually. From the existing chronology, the teacher's role is very large in determining and eliciting students' extrinsic motivation in learning a second language, namely Arabic, to reduce students' habits in experience. The purpose of this research is to dynamically teach teacher success by bringing out students' extrinsic motivation in learning Arabic and to be analyzed using the theory of Self-Determination and the Model of Motivational Self-System as a research lens. The results of the study show that students whose motivation is rooted in extrinsic are the result of the effective teaching of a teacher, who has mastered various steps of reasonable teaching procedures and is controlled by a good teacher's teaching spirit so that the goals of student education are achieved in developing attitudes and character in learning the Arabic language.
